How Do I Order

When you are ready to order, you will have several options. You can use our convenient on-line catalog and order securely over the Internet, you can fax us your order at, call our order line at 503-830-2226.

How ever you decide to reach us, please be sure to include your full name, address, fax number and/or email address to expedite order processing. Our on-line ordering system will offer you the ability to create and print a completed order for that has everything we need for your faxed or mailed order. Give it a try and see how convenient it can be.

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, or money orders.

What If you don't have what I ordered? Do You Do Back Orders?

We do not back order. Items not sent with original order will be canceled, and need to be reordered. We will attempt to notify customers of out of stock situations and advise of possible substitutions available.

How Will You Ship My Order?
For U.S. Orders, we use the U. S. Postal Service's Priority Mail service. For international orders we utilize the USPS Global Priority Mail service where available and make alternate arrangements where it is not available. For more information, visit our Shipping page.

 

Is the Packaging Discreet?

We realize that discretion is important to some of our customers. Most orders are shipped in a standard USPS Priority mail box. In the event that this is not the case, we will ship in an alternate discrete package.

 

What if I Need to Return an Item?

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. All claims must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of goods. Items ordered incorrectly must returned prepaid freight in original packaging. A credit will be issued for replacement. Used items may not be returned. Goods returned for refund will incur a 20% restocking fee. Defective products will be replace with like product, credit or refund at manufacturers discretion, depending on availability at time of request.

 

What is your Privacy Policy?

We feel strongly about protecting the privacy of our customers. We do not share any information we obtain for fulfilling orders or because a customer has contacted us or asked to join our mailing list unless compelled by law or it is necessary to fulfill the order (for example, we have to give a shipping address to the post office in order to deliver your order.) Why would I get charged twice for an order?

When shipping via priority mail sometimes the items don't fit into the flat rate priority boxes and we need to put them in the next larger box which when shipping internationally means more cost. Most items will fit into the small flat rate boxes but if the order is larger it won't therefore we must use the next size box. When placing the order our cart system goes by weight for the shipping charges but sometimes this won't be accurate due to size and shape of items. Please be aware that the original charge on the order form is what is charged and if the acutual charges are more we will charge the difference sometimes resulting in a second transaction.
